Lafayette County Court Docket is a private reference resource, not a court or government office. Official court-record, hearing, filing, and certified-copy questions belong with the court or clerk holding the case. The Lafayette County Circuit Clerk is the main county route; a city municipal clerk may be the better contact for a retained city ticket or ordinance matter.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the official route that matches the record or task:

  • A public docket: use Missouri Case.net or request a defined record from the clerk
  • A court date or setting: check the court calendar and confirm the setting with the court office
  • Certified copies: request them from the clerk that holds the official case file
  • A case number or public case status: use the Lafayette County case search path
  • Court records and file copies: use the court records request route or contact the court that heard the matter

For county court dockets and records, contact the Lafayette County Circuit Clerk, Kim Mason, at Lafayette Hall, 116 South 10th Street, P.O. Box 10, Lexington, MO 64067; phone 660-259-6101; email Lafayette.email@courts.mo.gov. Published office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays.
